Dislikes

They want you to join in 10 days and there notice period is of 2 months. If you don't serve complete notice period they will not pay you your notice period salary. Top management is corrupt.

Currently working at Kolkata,West Bengal BLT Track project at the position of Deputy Project Engineer. Work environment and work culture is good. Teammates are quite good and co-operative. Company policies are dependent or variable on Site management.

There is no bond. Salary timing is marked as every 15th - 17th of month. On the job training is not properly given to new joinees, but senior/management level is always ready to co-operate you in any doubt.
