Their policy is hire and fire. The GPTW is taken with malpractices, and forcing workforce to give good recommendations. They will fire you in a minute and will not even take handovers. Their HR is worse, specially the guy named Praveen Chauhan, do not fall prey to his good words at the time of interview. Even management level people are fired in moments if the owner feels like one fine day.

Nothing, employees ko bevkoof bana kar hire krna technique achi hai agar kisi ko use krna hai to inse seekhe , employee ka company transfer karna inse seekhe, employee ka pg na kaatna aur offer letter na dena inse seekhe , company name kuch aur aur offer letter me name kuch aur aur baad me company band krke bando se kaam nikalvana inse seekhe

Company is good, and having a good office at Okhla. They provide you proper training and management is always ready to to help you. Company MD and his son is very down to earth and always guide their team. They trying their best to make their environment happy and healthy. Overall good for freshers and people who require good work culture.

Dislikes

If you are belongs to core technical background, then I personally recommend you to not to go there because they need people who can sell their product. They did not have enough services business and after some time they told you to become a presales which will be a difficult task for person who belongs to technical background. They did not give any KRA to technical department, Also they hired peoples without any need and when they realised it then they fired you without any notice.
