Dislikes

...s going to join this factory which you should aware of it which I faced here: 1. If you come late 15 minutes they DEDUCT salary as of 30 minutes means twice, this doesn't make discipline but makes rudeness. 2. In this factory not having CL, SL,EL leave policy. 3. They have a scheme if you complete one year then they increase salary as per VARIABLE type of sales terms if they having good sales in month then salary will increase if not then will decrease as per variable 3 to 4%. 3. In this firm having so many LABOUR CASES against owner. 4. They have THIRD PARTY type H.R. not on regular basis. 5. Sometimes owner ABUSES directly to employees. So These are true dislikes why you shouldn't work this FACTORY...

They show himself as they are following MNC Culture but ground reality is zero. It shows only time of interview.

Dislikes

There is no job security. No good working culture & environment. Lots of politics and leg pulling.
