I like the way they don't have a canteen nor the seperate lunch area. You have to sit in testing area for lunch. Having lunch on your tables is not even allowed you have to sit in the noisiest place and have lunch.

Less holidays, insufficient salary but the work same as the one with higher salary

Very good training is provided by the Department Head. Team is very helpful and you can actually experience a team work in a given task. Opportunities to learn many things. Excellent platform for beginners

Salary could be little better to encourage freshers. More leaves to have work life balance, may be all saturdays.

Management likes and promotes petty politics between colleagues. No tea or coffee breaks. You can pay and buy tea (side business). Expectations to work on Sundays and every day late nights. People of any department can be terminated without warning.

2 years bond for every one, if u break bond u have to pay 1 , 2 lacks Worst manegement HR are simply sitting ,no activities Maneger is keep eye on every one from camera. Internal politics is more than u thought If u r having experience then don't join this company Working on 10 year old technology
