...ad to forced to login for more the 10 hours everyday and working for 3 Saturday. No motivation deciding salary every month. Giving warning letters every now & then. No job security. The Worst place to work in. We where treated like Slave's.

There is no job security here they can ask you to leave anytime,or else they will make you feel terrible so you leav upfrontly,during vivid time they actually asked people to put resignation during a pandemic... terrible experience

Radius developer was top growing builders in Mumbai it's done very prestigious residential & commercial project in Mumbai with all amenities it was a part of "The Wadhwa Group" I worked with the company totally 17 years with the company i learn very much about RCC & Finishes with the company

They removed around 300 people without an advance notice and made us write a resignation letter along with a non performance letter. This is first company where 20% people are on floor and 80% people are in ojt. They don't graduate their people soon and throw them out.
