Apart of the experience I got, I like nothing about this place. This organization plays with your career and make fake promises which eventually lead you nowhere.

...ob security you can be thrown out anytime. No career growth, only fake promises. No proper salary they pay pennies and expect you to do everything. Appraisal is a joke. Politics: This place can a political institute if you talk about politics, HR have zero experience in solving issues in fact she increase it. They have a toxic work environment and negative work life balance, you are expected to work on your weekoffs as well.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

It's a unforgettable good experience of my life. Even I work there late night. I learn many things.. For the hardwork and trainings I got opportunity to work obroad..

There HR(giriraaj goyal) he sach a biggest issue of the hotel everyone knows how they treat interns or even there employees too,.. I don't have any exact words to describe him... It's sach a worst experience... I suggest everyone to don't join this property.
