None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.

Dislikes

HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.

...h for future there is no policy for employees everything is bad experience. And no salary at the time of pandemic situation. 😡😡😡😡

There is no value of employees no one understands the situation of the employees. No appraisal. 😡😡😡😡

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent.there ia a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics a d the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 years which you cannot resign. One tha job training is not given to new joinees

Thank you for give me opportunity for feedback my experience was very good with radisson blu atria and specially thank you to mr. Parsoutam rao he is a hr of this hotel and mr. Hukum sekhawat he was my bar manager and he is a very helpfull person. Thank you

I was don't like cafeteria food and salary was sometime come not proper time.

...culture nice and management is supportive. You Will have enough chance to grow . salary is decent and never delayed.

The only challenge was earlier was that the hierarchy of growth was long.. however company provides opportunities to grow.
