...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.

All employees are very well ,good communication ,they are good learner ,salary was good ,there is lots of politics between staaf & gm . But invoirment is good .

Very bad politics f&b manager between gm . They are not decided to what to do or not to do , they are working like lots of pressure .

Really enjoyed working during my service.There is high opportunity for the freshers and whoever searching for position.I got like homely atmosphere.I should recommend this hotel highly.

Overall it's great .I think hotek management should consider the Salary system.

...f records it is ALWAYS more than that because of the rush and responsibilities..and on top of that there is no overtime given for your extra work but they will definitely cut your salary if you spend 5 less minutes than the login hours required. Truth of hospitality industry.
