The exposure and work experience received from the wide and diversified list of clients having a perfect mix of different level of clients (including both listed and private companies).

Dislikes

Work pressure is high due to low staff placement. No on-job training. Pay is not satisfactory to the work pressure

Unfortunately, nothing can be mentioned in box as they don't have it right from the top management.

Dislikes

Plenty 1. No ethics 2. No process in terms of HR, Admin, work... to be precise no structure absolutely unorganised organisation no one knows what is happening and no one knows their roles and responsibilities. 3. Absolute ZERO appreciation or staff engagement. No motivational factor for the staff. 4. Absolute no performance appraisal no INCREMENT. 5. Salaries delayed most of the time and at times stopped without notice or intimation. 6. No value or respect given to employees and many more reasons which wont be accommodated in such a small feedback box... pathetic experience...
