Company has taken care of front line sales employee during covid period. No hike in salary and no compensation.

Gender Biasness is their First year there is no increase in salary and no incentive. For empolyee no motivation factor is there.

Company robbed us of the job when we needed the maximum support. We were ready to work without pay and company still couldn’t keep us. How could such a huge brand not have a contingency plan for vulnerable situations for the marketing sector that. More over, the biggest reason for failing was over priced event marketing properties that had to be sold. Company did not even feel the need to inform us before hand so that we could be prepared for this and nor could it pay advance salary. Don’t join this company if you want to ruin your cv with stability issues.

Company can just ruin the cv and show that they are helpless and doing it out of no other option being available.

...ows them. Most of the people there are waiting for someone else to do their job. And the salary is so bad that everyone working there has already lost any and all respect for themselves. They reward creativity by punishing it. If Radio Mirchi's entire team is replaced by a bunch of schoolchildren, they'll do a million times better.

I can never get back the time I wasted there, and the lazy, backstabbing workforce I met there.

...g to fill up for such colleagues' ignorance on the latest technological updates. They are laying off valuable resouces left right and centre during this pandemic and naming them as cost cutting of extra resources. An overrated work culture where the employees lack basic behavioural skills.

There is no scope of growth. Manager doesnot value the employee's unique skill. Preference is given to favourites in the team.

...o covid the company was not able to sustain its employees for three months also. First there was a pay ut and then they started firing out people who are just 8 month old in a system out of which 4 months were covid. The company only supports old employee and was spending like anything begire covid. The management hasnt face such pressure before covid and to save their salaries they just started firing people.

Politics Ego without any hardwork Hollow showcase of best culture. No constructive plan for future Agency driven company. Sales manager only worked as a middlemen between agency and company where they just got a RO from agency and put in the system for login.
