Radio city is truly an amazing place to work. The processes are in place and it is a great place to learn and grow

I don’t think there is any point to acknowledge which is not to be liked about the place

I like that I was able to learn many things after joining radio but I believe I was more creative in my college days

Toxic culture, one female employee who was my colleague had sexua l harassment by sales manager and HR team did not take any action and we left the organisation.

It's a slow corporate where keeping your superiors happy is more important then doing actual work.

Dislikes

Really nothing from media stand point. It's expending its domains which they have no familiar footing. The CEO is trying to mix apple and oranges. Most senior execs. in company are virtually unemployable because of the stagnant & rigid work culture they've acclaimed themselves to.

Senior management is super good.

Dislikes

There is nothing to rejoice joining city. Infact have put the established career at risk. Suffocated environment. Good employees leaves too soon, unstable team due to favouritism and biasness.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of this. we wark happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.
