The saddest thing is there's nothing good about company as you guys may think that I might have problem with the company work culture so I am commenting negative things but it's not like that I don't have any problem with the company as I see they hire freshers by saying that they will be having inhouse projects and later after joining they will say that there's no project they will try for the clients And the most important bad thing about the company is they will fire the employees without giving any notice any discussion just by saying we don't have clients

Dislikes

HR policies will keep changing every week It may be regarding the bond agreement Or salary Or leaves If u r working hours is 8 hours 59 minutes for 1 min they will deduct half day salary.and if you work for more then 9 hours that's not counted or compensated.

I enjoy collaborative and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged and contribute their ideas. The company offers flexible working hours and supports work life balance , which i value greatly

Dislikes

there are times when the work load becomes overwhelming and i think more resources could help distrubute the workload The decision making process can be slower than expected which sometimes delays progress on emergencies
