The worst organization to work as there is no Commitment and guarantee for your payment. I started working with them in October 2021 and now it's March 2022, still haven't received my payment. Constantly contacted them and got false commitments every week. Even, when you ask them to pay you off they start talking rudely on calls, later on, reject some of your projects, and even after that didn't pay you off. In this time of the pandemic, where everyone is helpless they are fooling and mentally abusing people. They will make you beg for your own money. Just want to say that 'What goes around comes around.

...evel of poltics is there. No rules and regulations. No salary, no documentation. Company needs all (documents, timely work on time with quality) but it will pay you on time. There is no set rule for notice period and FnF. So forget about the your Full and final settlement after company asset handover.

No employee benefits , owner is having angry issues and he abuse in office, no job security , FNF will not be given if you resign if they don't want you to , connecting leave policy (means if you taken Friday leave so sat and Sun will consider as a leave same applies on mon or any holiday ), company mindset is that payslip is generated for 30 days or 31 days so employees should work all days of month, any time you get fired
