Company policies are good. Teammates and seniors are very supportive and kind.

There is politics, Hard work should be appreciate. Salary is decent but no approach of salary hike. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

One of the worst company I have worked with, management is very worst, there is one joker and one baffon is there in the company until they live the company they will not grow, what ever they do we have to say yes, if we trying to say that they are doing wrong means they will give bad inputs to management about us and they will make us to leave the company

I liked my role with the responsibilities given i was engaged throughout my stint

Dislikes

No hr policy, every manager irrespective of domain considers themselves to be managers, no structure no alignment. Pay is pathetic, i have seen MBA grads drawing salary of low as 9500rs per month, i was lucky though
