Company has taken each n every measures to fight againsts covid -19 .they have provided masks,sanitizer,hand wash,medical support,awareness about the covid -19 etc.they are very much dedicated to support there employees financially and medically.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night.there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Radiaant company is a very good company, the way of working in the company is also very systematic, and the employee working here completes his work with great dedication and hard work.

Dislikes

The culture of the company is very good but, some old employees and senior staff, after the joining of new employees, instead of correcting the mistakes made by them, start harassing them. So in this condition the employee becomes very hopeless and plans to leave Radiaant's job.
