They are having COO and Business head people with zero knowledge about their work scope, and they are illiterates ,they got those positions by just apeasing the MD, they are making crores of money through commisions and by dummy brokerage accounts

The promoters are too good in recognising the performance and remunerate in every possible way.

Dislikes

The promoters would take decision without consulting the senior management even for appointments in your own department

Company is over all very good for the people who wants to learn and explore greater heights , management is very lean structure

Dislikes

There is nothing as such , believing too much on on person may not be right, decision making has to happen collectively with group discussion

It's change depends on Department wise. I'm working as Legal and Documentation Senior Executive in CRM department and my previous HOD Raji Mam was so good and nice

Simply decided to resign the job due to New HOD of CRM Department

Promoters and their vision to excel in the industry

Dislikes

Too much of a groupism, will not be given equal opportunity to prove one's caliber. Do not utilise the hired resources properly, To & Fro flow of communication is very limited, no appreciation and no transparent process in place to evaluate achievements, poor and week HRD.
