The Radhakrishna Group is open to innovation and ready to accept and introduce modern technology and methods of management. The management of the Group is committed to high level customer satisfaction of the services provided by them. Unfortnately, their sphere of actvity is limited due to limited resources, and non-engagement of high expertise at executional level. This often lead to experimentation and delay, thereby blockage of further development.

Dislikes

I have no dislike to work there; I had received full regards, freedom and cooperation of management and staff. But I would have been happy if more measures for workers' welfare are introduced so that worker output could be reached at optimum level.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
