The persons who have given 5 star are those whom management chache has assigned to give 5 star I was one of them. Hire and fire policy, no job security. It is pathetic who worked in corporate company. No support from manager, no support from management, please dont join your life will be ruined. What the meaning if your getting 30 percent hike and you will jobless for 6 month and then join below your old salary where you are in peace.

If I have to work there then I will work in my store or account. I am currently working in Veer Steel Mill in South Africa, which is a very big company. I have seen the general store and PPE store there.

There people are jealous of each other, there are many people in the store who are not working, their name is Satish Mishra or Dinesh Yadav, they are not working at all but there was one such boy among them who was working very hard, he was 14-15 Even hours work, his name is Sandeep Shekhawat who is managing the store, he is running his Badolat store.

Starting from office building to work place to the bad furniture to the confusion between all the management team about the work The office is I a residential building where there is no space to sit and work. I was given a conference room to work from and there on one table there were sales ppl and HR also working it becomes a fish market There are 4 persons Managing team and all are very confused. They don't know what they want and they try to act as of they know everything on this world No proper hierarchy, The MD speaks very abusive language No proper work culture Even after working so hard there is no appreciation
