...eat work culture and environment, company policies are much attractive on paper. We get salary on time after 10-15 days in each month. There is 4 week offs in a month.

Dislikes

There is lot of work pressure every time, the management doesn't address our issues on financial matters, salary appresial is big issue. There is no job security, anyone can terminated by management without prior notice.

I have been working in Radhagovind for the last 3 years. I like the staff of Radhagovind very much.And the biggest thing is that the owner of Radhagovind also has a very good nature towards his staff.

I don't find anything in Radha Govind Arena that is not good, everything is good

I am not here to review over Maruti Suzuki. I am talking about Radhagovind Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Their staff is very supportive. Good infrastructure. Job Security is not quite stable. Management is little bit unsatisfied. Company work on selling of Maruti Suzuki Arena and Nexa cars as well.

Their growth opportunities is quite low but has a supportive staff. But usually management's sometime behaviour is unprofessional and abusive
