holiday are very less and salary deductions too much,they deducted gratity,phone recharge amount,bonus every there pf accounts is also funded ,you will not see there pf in your pf account hr policy very bad

Company is very fond of latest technology and thus invests lot. Company's growth/expansion is very rapid.

Worst organization structure.There are three person reporting to Managing director.If you work hard and achieve something for the company they will take the entire credit from MD and will never pass down to the team and congratulate them .But if something goes wrong the MD will be the first one to come and point you.Your hard work will never be noticed.No word of yours will fell into their ears be it your suggestions or any problem.You will always be an average performer till the day you resign.Thereafter, they will start buttering you as if you are the best performer and will bow down to all your demands.Once you settle down you will be on the same track.Work - life balance is horrible.Zero job security.Your carrier will never grow with this company.
