Everything... The entire OEBS(Oracle Apps Dba) team is nothing but a bloody nonsense. Senior resources are taken as junior and treated as fresher. Existing so-called team members never helps others and shows unnecessary egos. Also extremely unhealthy work culture due to extreme micro management. Earlier it was good. But when management got changed in 2020, everything got changed.

worst interview i ever had Had to give 3 technical round for 1.5 hrs each and at last because they cannot afford the package they are literally rejecting you are not a google, amazon, walmart to take up 3 tech rounds that too for 1.5 hrs mind that you are just a startup and you will always be the same if your interview process continues i think entire company tries to take 1 round of interview never go for this kind of companies they will bring your confidence level down But would like to say that HR was kind enough to accept the faults thanks for it

management will make u feel like u r working in a shop, micro management, unnecesary threatening of losing job, no appraisals, top level people have no knowledge of the work they handle, employees are not supported during their tough times. and referals are only happening for management's knowns and relatives. they dont consider anyone else

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
