Company management was good earlier during its phase 1 start up stage but from last two to three years too many direct hire employees get dismiss (not Iqama renewal) with short notice and without any benefit get separated.

Good facility and community and events for families and children.

This company is joint venture between Aramco and sumitomo japan so work culture is open ,mean you have full freedom to explorers your idea and thoughts. As sumitomo japan have very good established safety culture so they have implemented here so you feel very safe even though you are working in petrochemical plant.

Dislikes

Nothing much but higher authority in HR are still very rigid and not trusting on the other nationalities.They have to chage their attitude and thinking if they want to be successful in globel market.
