No Management, No hierarchy. Low Salaries, Alternate Saturday working. Bad Timings, Extra hours working even calls after logging off and no benefits for this. No worklife balance. No employees respect. Bad infrastructure, there are table fans and if forgot to off the fan while going to break watchman seize the fan, watchman keeps watch on employees even records the video of employees. This is a school and the policies are even worst than school.

Management is major drawbacks!!! Employees will provide feedback for other employees and will decide is he/ she capable without knowing them Company don't have project work on internal project

Supports and understands working mother. Mostly work is on JavaScript.

Trusts on show off employee and so genuine and truly working and capable employee stays behind. Don't allow work from home. Beginners can sharpen their skills and learns alot.

If you will work here you will think that such kind of creatures also exit in world, means such type of idiots are running this company. Work culture is poor, management is poor, no Job security, no hikes, no projects. They just focus on birthday celebrations and festive celebrations😅
