...om. There are no tissue paper in tissue holder. They are unprofessional peoples. They will deduct your salary if you will reach office after 9:15 but when you leave the office at 6:15 or 6:30 then they will see you like a criminal.

Company's owner don't have comunication skill. He treats his employees like a donkey. They don't care about the employees's self respect. if you are ill then HR and Admin head will call you ask that please take the medicine and come to the office there is no sick leave. There are four directors in this company. Out of 4 directors, only 1 director is humble and polite rest 3 directors don't have manners to talk with employees.

Raamtel had a very great work ethics and policies. The work culture is really good. The management is really good. One can also experience good appreciation in correct time. Overall a really good work experience.
