... allow to develop only one catagory of people who are belongs to thier catagory. They are not given hike on salary till now. As on joining date they said they will give hike in every 10 months are 1 year till now they are given any hike to employees

...ny. Right from CEO to the Sales heads. Unfair behaviour across the organisation. They exploit employees with numerous changes to the incentive structures leading to literally very less pay

There are hardly positive things in the RAAM Group. If you want promotion easily and sustain in that role for a long time, then you have to say "Yes" to all of the things whichever your GM/VP says.

- Very great in Politics. - Poor Incentive structure - Poor Salary - No work Ethics & Culture. - Very dangerous place for Freshers. - No work life balance. - Poor Senior Level Management.

It's a very good company. Ethics and moral values, the dignity of labour and employees are found. Raam Group is a prominent automobile dealership across India with a strong reputation as channel partners for renowned brands like Mercedes-Benz, MG Motor, Tata, Honda, Ather, Alti green, and more

Not support others works involved, like GST & TDS Financial accounting works

Everything in Raam Group. There is partiality among all the leaders over there. They will say we do that these but nothing. They actually look people like labours.
