There is no HR department, one lady does everything HR, admin, and accounts, 5. This company is called LALA company categories. 6. Appraisal happens only one time in 1.5 to 2 years which is only 3 to 5% for best-performing employees

seniors are helpful, good for initial learning and experience. Just good for fresher for experience and exposure

salary is extremely poor, Head of Department are very shallow minded. No benefits nothing. all are self parsing within themselves.

Very political environment No growth Bad attitude of management towards employees. They keep and throw employees on their will and wimps. They have not any regards towards loyal and hard working employees. You can work there if you don't have any job leave as soon as you get the chance.

Best for freshers and if you are just doing regular mundane jobs

Dislikes

No change of styles, old management, they do not like to upgrade. The infrastructure is poor and very old. People are mostly unhappy and they are against any change for the better they do everything like it was done 20 years back.
