Company place a strong emphasis on cultural fit to ensure that new hires align with their values, work style, and overall company culture.It's promising place where hard work is appreciated and learning curve is steep . I had wear lots of different hats during my role as a purchase manager over period of my tenure of 6 years .

I believe with the right atmosphere at the workplace, one can achieve much more than working at an unappreciative workplace.

Company policies keep on changing .Management has their own mind. They are slow decision-makers and except that each and everyone thinks like them. They have no trust in their employees and work load on each manager is too much

R.M chemicals is a great organization for the employees who have real desire to learn and develop. They follow the work practices SOPs and procedures of their own and Hindustan Unilever. They provide excellent platform for learning is what I liked about it.

Everytime senior management cry for cost saving and making efforts to reduce the manpower in all departments. Superficial work life integration. For seniors management put lot of stressors. Employees have to attend office on listed holidays. Family remain unhappy in this scenario. You feel sick physically and mentally working in such stressful conditions. Lot of politics at the corporate level under the shadow of management which seems by the management acceptance only. Senior management plays bad and ruthless tactics which is badly deteriorating and spoiling the culture and core values of the organization in last 2-3 years. When the time comes to leave the organization they make the condition and the entire experience so worse that make it a nightmare for you.
