Working environment was good but company is not supportive in covid-19 lockdown.

There is lot of politics and salary is good but career growth is slow and there is no value of dedicated employee. There is no job security.

I have learnt many things in this office...i have 15 plus years experience here, very friendly environment, very cooperative management. Mostly company don't leaves the talented people like me...i have got 2-3 times double increment for my talent. I have received many appreciations for my talent. Some facilities has been removed after lockdown. Still...I'm very thankful to RK SWAMY BBDO.

Everything. RKS is known for rewarding loyalty, not talent. They take a long time to accept changes. The hierarchy is so strong that even if your super boss knows you are good, he will not reach out to you. This means you are at the mercy of your boss. And you’ll have a tough time getting one. Because if you don't know the tricks to be your boss’ pet, God save you. It's the worst place for a creative person. The atmosphere is toxic and can lead you to lose your mind. Their handling of the Covid situation was horrible. They cut salaries and downsized rampantly at the initial stage itself. The salaries are yet to be revised. It's a great disappointment.

Poor and irresponsible management team so experienced guys don't join company. Only jr's can join HR team offering some big benefits but don't accept it.

Heritage Building, Ambiance is so good feel like second home, Work Environment and colleagues are co-operative and helpful, Great Admin Manager who helps and guided me professionally and personally, Helpful GM-HR always advice, encourage and ready to help, All above Owners who treat like employees like their own families
