There is so many dislike in organization like unprofessional company people senior swati mishra who is AVP of the company she is very ilittarte person talk to juniors like her owner home staff. I don't know why company is retaining her from 2 years.

They pay you good and you have good professional and personal life balance. the owners are good no doubt but they only will listen to set of people in the company those who all are really harmful for company as well as staff.

Dislikes

no professional work culture, The place is full of back biters seems a place full with political thinkers , one cant sustain there on behalf of performance you just need to learn those extra skills as well to please others.

Work profile of R. K. Marble Pvt.Ltd is good with good team. Work profile and salary and learning, is good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, l have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day.

The company is known name in importing Marble from around the world. Has been into cement business also under the name 'wonder cement'. Although having decent client base, but now facing a very good competition from other players in market. The only advantage is that Architects/Builders can give you a appointment based on company's name.

Dislikes

Compensation is just decent, but growth level is extremely poor, motivation level is zero, work and life balance is poor disappointing is that lot of politics based on favouritism specially at EVP level hierarchy, working with prejudice mindset. Low empathy. One has to follow the conservative approach (Lakeer ke Fakeer) in reporting and working. No appreciation for efforts, happy with just irrelevant data in Excel sheets and a CRM full of bugs. A complete Lala's culture.
