Nothing to like here. It’s a mentally disbursed management company.

...ination to employees in few minutes and resignation notice period is two months. When a employee is leaving by either way, he/she will not get his salary for last three months. Bad wards are used to staffs. No holidays 7 days in a week and daily more than 13 hrs job.

Everything no appreciatation ,no rules, poor mangement, technical management is very poor they are so called desgin director,vp,cgm otherwise they are buttering to higher management no job security

Ther is a lot of regional politics & no system ,no HR, no leave policy, sunday is working as duty, company leave in a month only 2.5 days. Govt holidays also working. After 2 years 10% > increment maximum may be or may not be.

RKD construction Pvt. Ltd is good company,work atmosphere is good too

Managerial lever is too poor,problems of employee not recognized by employer due to Manager ,employees do the hard works but manager takes all the advantages of credit,so that boss will not aware of employees hardwork. overall i love Rkd construction work culture & specially Swayam Sir, Rohan Sir & GC Panda Sir

Eot, Deviation, Final Bill, STDR Release,Plant and machinery Verification, DD , EMD Deposit at all chief engineer office
