I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

Didn't get Increment and bonus from last 2-3 Years. Working hrs more. No working time limit. No allowance for travel and Insurance. No allowance for family. No allowance for holiday.

I am responsible for all NH projects ongoing in the state of Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. Almost 500 workers are working on all projects. My responsibility includes progress review with key personnel of each site, meeting with clients, Client billing, get the approval on Change of scope and time extension if any. Follow up with Designer and review of drawings and providing necessary inputs in designing.

Worst company. Don't try to even approach for this company. The give hopes for increment but the won't increase a penny. Due to fraud managers in the company MD of the company make suffer every employee on that particular site.
