Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Work life balance is there but all other things are worst

Dislikes

1. They will kick you out whenever they want ! 2. Worst HR policies ever an organisation can have like they will treat you like puppets, have no sense of respect, no defined promotions and appraisals, no CL/PL like if you are absent even for a day your salary will be deducted, no medical insurance, no PF etc 3. Salaries are always being paid late like you have to demand your own salary 4. Main partner doesn't have sense how to talk, totally unprofessional and cheap behaviour etc 3.
