Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

This company is not suitable for any operator in SMT. They always forced the employee. Even forced to do 12-16 hours duty continue. They didn't give any leave in a week. And also management system are too worst. This year more than 147 employees give resignation due to their misbehaviour. Overall I want to say one thing that this is very very worst company in my life.

Because of their worst management system.
