Likes

This company gives you a lot of exposure with bidding and pricing techniques. A great opportunity to learn and grow. C Level interaction and Business Development was a part of the profile which gave me a lot of confidence and exposure of the market including Public and Private sector.

Dislikes

Targets are relatively higher than the market standards. Incentives are tough to achieve but the deals and business are also huge. Sometimes you are required to do work outside of your Job requirements which can get irritating at times, however it also builds skills which develops you as an individual and makes you understand all the verticals better.
