I worked myself on multiole projects as I wanted the organization to be at greater heights. During my internship, I worked on 4 projects out of which I completely laid down the foundation of 3 of them.

...or the company's project. If you say something then don't forget it and mind it. In my case, me and my fellow intern were told bonus are provided to those who give extra efforts. After working on 4 projects in a span of 5 months when I asked about bonus, she acted like she never said that and for bonus related work an official contract is given to employees. We didn't ask you to work on weekends. That was your work only. Horses and Donkeys are measured on same scale in this organization. I worked on 4 project and my fellow intern worked on just 2 in a span of 6 months. This was my 4th internship and my parter joined with 0 knowledge as a novice. Still we both were getting same stipend and similar positive feedback. If you are a talented individual, don't join this organization as some patience can get you towards a better carrier start at a better organization. Because of my useless partners my progress was slowed down, I could have contributed even more. The co-founder doesn't know, how to manage and utilize talent. I joined this small scale startup to learn how a startup works, but when I asked her about other departments, she said "That's none of your business, even in MNCs y employees don't know about other departments" but when I asked her about the CTC offered to the employees of my designation in the organization she said "We don't have a budget like MNC afterall we are a startup". She couldn't reveal the CTC to me as she was emabarassed. I wasn't asked any technical questions during the interview since I was hired on the basis of trust but after working here for a month. I got to know that i was working with unskilled partners who had good skills in making excuses and not completing work before deadline as they were also just hired on the basis of trust. This organization is completely dependent on interns as they are cheap. You won't be able to work under any senior developer to solve your doubts. Just figure out yourself. Reducing expenses at all cost is the biggest priority for this organization. I was expected to share the CTC of my job offer I already had and reveal the company name, but you can't ask any extra question about this organization other than the project related question.

The work culture and work-life balance. Skills and development are at their best! You get to learn various aspects of different fields. Perks of a startup. Data science is at its peak and in demand. The flexibility of working time as you don't have biometrics and easy communication. Along with it Work benefits - Monday to Friday.
