This is first time I was getting appraisal from QX and it is only 5% to 7% though my client is very happy he sent appreciation emails also then also only such low appraisal even the small and mid companies give atleast 17% to 20% appraisal and salary also they are providing is low to average salary 40k per month as per estimated salary

Work culture is highly toxic and expectations are unrealistic. Total Fatigue job for which they dont even pay for extra hours. They say its ACCA approved organisation but they dont even give you leaves for exam not even for single day and they are totally unprofessional. Top management may sound good but Its bunch of gujju who are making this company run like a slave and owner relationship with employee. No matter what is gujrat based domestic company only. Bhai english bhi nhi aati yaha ke logo ko bolni

The only good things that i have observed is that they pay salary on time. Leaves are approves easily. Fun activities and functins.

Dislikes

A lot on the list. Be it micromanagement, worst appraisals, no matter how you have performed you are going to get a fixed percentage of raise that is far less than the expectations. Apart from that so many deductions from the CTC. Company used to be good initially but the standards are decreasing day by day.

Worst company ever I seen, Toxic work culture, Too much micromanagment, at my time of joining itself initial date of joining was given one and later it was changed, there is very lack of communication between HR and managers. There is no drop facility available if employee leave late night. You need to go by your own expense. Unprofessional work approach with juniors. No cafeteria facility at Mumbai office. No job security at all. Andheri hanuman nagar is very odd location. Request you all do not join this company to spoil your career.

You would need to be a sycophant and butter your manager then only you would get some sort of appreciation or appraisal. The hardworkers who dont butter their manager don't receive much growth opportunities despite being the better employees than the sycophants
