The only good things that i have observed is that they pay salary on time. Leaves are approves easily. Fun activities and functins.

Dislikes

A lot on the list. Be it micromanagement, worst appraisals, no matter how you have performed you are going to get a fixed percentage of raise that is far less than the expectations. Apart from that so many deductions from the CTC. Company used to be good initially but the standards are decreasing day by day.

You would need to be a sycophant and butter your manager then only you would get some sort of appreciation or appraisal. The hardworkers who dont butter their manager don't receive much growth opportunities despite being the better employees than the sycophants

The Job Security. They won't fire you until if there are some big mistake.

...re Shoelicker then you will survive and grow here if you are not then you won't. If you can negotiate about the salary at the time of joining then do it at the time of joining otherwise they won't give you better hikes even if you will give your 100%.They only want a person who follow Management "Yes" To "Yes" If you are going to join there Marketing team then beaware with there politics. Specifically some of the people who are there in the organization since last 10 years. He(Vi**al) always favour a specific girl. Even Management knows but they won't do anything because management always fear that some body will post something wrong about company on social media platform.

Many things are good like all shifts are UK shifts and have a weekly off. You are not stretching unnecessarily. Meal facility and cab facility are decent.

Dislikes

At times things are too hidden and you are not sure what exact compensation you get. Really missed getting appreciated during my tenure there.

This is first time I was getting appraisal from QX and it is only 5% to 7% though my client is very happy he sent appreciation emails also then also only such low appraisal even the small and mid companies give atleast 17% to 20% appraisal and salary also they are providing is low to average salary 40k per month as per estimated salary
