No work life balance Too much politics and blame game Very bad treatment by a specific someone in IT Team. I mean he literally abuses and harasses juniors within his team and no action is taken from manager even after several complaints. Teams are small as compared to work load - Work pressure is high

If you work hard, you can keep working. No insecurity of job. But salary will be less.

My manager and TL do not talk professionally and treated badly. They are arrogant and the way they talk discourages and reduces my morale, I can't concentrate on the work after listening to their harsh words. It's really painful to keep working. I have resigned now for mental rehab.

Assistant manager and TL are foul mouthed and talk disrespectfully. They are too bossy and keeps threatening to terminate you.
