...lture and work life balance. If there was an option of giving zero star I would. They terminate people like anything and then hold salary of people for more than 45 days. Qwerty has given me so much mental trauma because no matter how good you work, one small mistake will bring you bad eyes of the founder and then he’ll question your every move. Apart from that they have policies like deduction of salary if you get late for even one second, if you need a half day your salary will be deducted. If one of the task from your daily task is not done, your salary will be deducted. The founder just knows two words, “not approved” and “deduction of salary” and nothing more than that. I think that’s what they teach at Amity university and that’s how a person should lead team by deducting salaries even after the employee is giving his 100% and staying in office till 10-11 because they’re understaffed. Please don’t go there you’ll regret it and the trauma will follow you for life. Please don’t go and save yourself.
