Working at Quizizz has been an amazing experience. The company trule values it's people and it shows in the culture. The work environment is fast paced yet supportive, and you are surrounded by increduble talented people who push you to do your best. -They provide cab service which feels like a luxury in Bangalore. -They provide free breakfast, lunch, dinner and pantry with lots of options. -Benifits to cater to physical and mental health -Benefits to upskill yourself One of the best things I feel in Quizizz is that it gives you the freedom to take bug bets and own your work most of the times.

Dislikes

A downside can be no WFH policy, and the intensity of work which can get hectic at times due to the demanding nature of the tasks. However it's not hidden, the company is open about it's face paced environment.

Likes

Got to learn a lot since I had a non-developer background, there was immense amount of work and ownership, which challenged me to become more sincere. This was initially during the max-growth phase of the startup. Initially there was no hierarchy as the startup had handful of employees.

Dislikes

The work culture became very toxic as soon as the company started to grow. Post the hire of VP of engineering and the EM's, the work pressure increased, it became more timeline oriented, and there was no value for good work. It was just work on many iterations till one of them works. There was no proper scoping of any feature, so most of the times, huge of amounts of work and effort along with it was in vain and the feature gets chugged. There is no appreciation as well for good work, they have become very inflexible with work hours and there is no more work from home allowance, it has converted itself to a complete work from office culture within matter of months. Officially you have to work for just 5 days, but the pressure makes you work all 7. Also the founders have started to do prototypes and experimentations on weekends which obviously makes employees associated with the work come to work on weekends.

The office space is good. They do provide cabs as well. You will mostly find people very helpful.

Dislikes

Work-life balance goes for a toss during peak business months in the US (school reopening season). They don't allow wfh beyond a week at one go. Earlier the WFH policy was flexible but they keep changing the policies and rules as a blanket policy for all.

One of the best company to work as a Sales rep. If you want to make good amount of money and want to get unlimited leaves, drop in - drop off cab services, Unlimited snacks and best people to work with. Brace yourself! You should definitely try for it.
