Salary is very Low. They didn't give proper Training For Freshers. There is a bond for 1 to 2 years.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The managers are irresponsible guys and they do not respond for any of your emails. Overall, if you do not have any other offer, join this company. Otherwise stay away from this company and you will be happy you did.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual strength which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

* Food to be provided to all at office without any condition ; * Hap Pay App to be upgraded with Scan & Pay for any immediate uses. *Leave Balances to be En-cashed as pay every year without any minuses. * Any Holiday working must be provided with Double Pay(OT), I had it at Omega Bangalore on 2008 itself why can't here now. Please improve our standard to the maximum possible. Regards Thinakaran K
