I like Company culture, work satisfaction, appraisal, learning/skill development and work life balance in QuinStreet since I joined. I have completed 2.2 years in Quinstreet and still Ensuring Excellence as QA Engineer.

Dislikes

I would not have any specifically regrets while working with QS.

Quinstreet is an amazing company to work for. The managers and upper management is cooperative and encouraging. A positive work environment with a lot of opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

Hardly anything to like at quinstreet

I started working as a fresher and manager and other senior team member should help you learn the work but instead they will teach you only a little bit and expect you to learn everything on my own without even giving you enough time to do it. It is the worst company to work for if you are fresher. The manager will puts way too much pressure than a fresher can handle. The management will hire freshers on 6 months probation basis and find some excuse and cut the probation to 3 months. They won't even give proper trainings to freshers and expect to learn on their own in a very very short period of time. The manager mostly starts the meeting at 7 pm after working hours and it will extends upto 9 or 9.30 or even 10 at times. Zero work life balance

If u want to earn easy money, this is the place to go, no other positives.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, the VP sits in middle of the office and keeps stalking everyone like a creepy guy and talks super loudly the entire day. Too much politics going on, impossible to get promoted without buttering your boss. Company was on the verge of shutting down, surprised they still exist!

Lot of politics, number of speculations goes here and there. General Manager wants to run office like dictator and keep an eye on every person even if they move. Legacy projects. No learning curve/ scope.
