Work environment is really good, specially the DNA head of structures department Mr. Kaustubh Sarpotdar is really a great person to work with.

Dislikes

Salaries are not on time, sometimes it happens after 2-3 months in one shot. Otherwise everything is great here, they just need to improve their salary regularization.

Nothing. It's been 6 months, they have not paid salary to any employees.

No salary for 6 months Owner and CFO has ghosted their employees. They do no answer anyones call. The owner Sandesh is very rude to employees and treats PPL like shit.

Worst work culture. Treat employees as slave. CMD Mr. Sandes Rane thinks he pays salary so everyone should blindly follow his instructions keeping aside their ethics and knowledge. Mr. Sandesh Rane is an illogical who thinks he is above IS codes. He keeps an eye on every female employees.
