I love the working environment we have where we can clearly feel no stress and every 9 hour of every day in the office passed away in a click, not because of too much work on us but the friendly colleagues and the balanced workload. Appreciation of an employee is something they focus greatly at. I have never worked in an organisation before where I would see higher management interacting up to this much with their employees understanding their issues and showing them a career growth path.

Dislikes

Saying that every place is 100% perfect will never be correct. But I must say feedback towards things that you think are wrong or might not be available is taken seriously here. Everyday the organisation tries and improves itself in the areas where either they themselves feel or us giving a feedback towards it. For example more and more company outings which we already are in discussion with and will be going soon for the same.

Likes

Everyone is halping nature. They provide time to time trainings which is the best quality over here. Seniors managers are so supportive. Management is good.

Dislikes

They don't provide cab facility which I don't like
