May be some other ODC is good in quest but about Abb odc nothing is likeable

Dislikes

...ese are the collective points to not getting any project from coustomer (abb) 5. The salary is also less for team members (engineers). And now as per report they also putted some engineers on bench. ..And they also picked those who was less in talk and more in work basically who don't want to do poltics and back biching and buttering them. 6. The ABB odc is full with negativity just bcz of program manager, Lead engineer, and senior engineer. Even program will pressurize you for getting project also which is not your work 😂

Dislikes

salary very low compared to other companies for campus joinees, very little hike (a joke tbh). completed one year but very sad to settle with low salary not recommended for campus joinees average office culture

Very very good and inclusive culture and helpful people. Quite a few company events, get together, bonding sessions. Amazing work experience.

Dislikes

Salary and hikes are mediocre. Offshore assigned employees can face quite a burden of workload.

Good scope to learn things in shorter duration. Will get more hands-on directly on real environment.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but financial growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years for freshers before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...mates are cooperative. Training is excellent along with pre test and post tests. Poor salary/appraisal. Work environment and work balance is good.career growth is slow. No skill improvement.

Dislikes

Long working hour. Rotational shift. No yearly hike, no extra benefits, no performance hike. No new skill learning.

I was working as a software engineer (fullstack developer) in MNC company with the technology is like angular, vue js, java, springboot, react js since 3 years.
