Initially it was salary they offered, But they didn’t provide any appraisal even after 1.5 yrs working with them. So everything about Quess is terrible.

No job security. Fake job security promised to hire but no career path later. No incentives. No appraisals HR reps don’t help resolving any query. No employee skill enhancement programs

1. No on time salary for sure. 2.No leave balance will be you have to work all day. 3. No yearly hike or bonus till I stay or die. 4.No HR is supportive, they don’t respond to mail or calls, busy in spoiling others career. 5. They deduct 4K from your salary for leave enchantment and if you even take single leave they will deduct on F&F, 6.they charge 400, 200 Rs Background verification charges every month no body knows why? 7. They deduct 4-5 k for insurance which again from our salary sadly. 8. I saw ppl working on Saturday and Sunday too but no pay, no use of comp off too, 9. They change policy in middle without individual consent 10. Trust me don’t work in this unless u need job very badly

1. You get your salary late that is by 7th or 8 working day not month end kind. 2. No HR is ready to support you, they never pick your call nor they respond to email. 3. No yearly hike you work for same salary till you die or you resign. 4. They will deduct 4K amount of salary from your hard earned money and name it as leave encashment fund which they every month deduct from Individual, they will not write it clearly on Offer letter so be aware. 5. They say notice is 15, 30, 60 days 😂 they don’t even know that too.. unhealthy things. 6. They deduct 200Rs or some times 400 for Background verification every month I don’t know what verification they do with our hard earned money. 7. They give us insurance just by eating our own ctc they every year or half year deduct 4-5K amount. 8. Most important, you don’t have holidays or leave balance as I work as contractor they say if I take leave they will deduct 4K from my salary. And u will not have any holiday or leave balance from them if you have then in future they will deduct from your pay. No hike or bonus, I swear if you still choose to work here you will remember me and say yourself that u did a big mistake of your life. All the best

...y including 2nd,4th Saturday,Sunday and Holiday.... Bank Policies are not done Senior always saw that you are getting 30days salary...You have to work 30 days
