Creating leaders of tomorrow is well defined vision of the school which clearly gives platform to everybody to explore themselves. Everybody in the school speaks the same language. There is a job security. Management appreciates the work which motivates the employees even I have earned that appreciations. Even now also I want and love to work with QMIS. High quality and standard is maintained and also updated with new technology.

Dislikes

Asking class mentors to do most of the jobs which makes the teacher to under pressure. Its not like teacher is not exploring. Due to this teacher is getting explored but division of work is the major principle of the organization which sometimes make the employees dissatisfied in the working environment, which can be improvised.
