Dhiren is the most egoistic person. Employee who satisfy his ego gets high Salary and Promotion. Those who joined this Company to contribute for the betterment of the Company got fired or left with bad note. Those who know how to make him happy are enjoying their life in the company. He must be good in managing labor and not white color employees in Corporate office.

Just sitting in the office of the director won't make a person a director and leader. Leadership always reflects in the behavior and need not to be announced. If there is any institution who teach the manners to give respect then I am ready to pay the donation for his coaching.

Dhiren is the epitome of ego driven leadership. In this company, success isn't measured by performance or contribution, but by how well you stroke his ego. Employees who master the art of flattery are rewarded with high salaries and fast track promotions. Meanwhile, those who genuinely joined with the intent to contribute to the growth and betterment of the company are either forced out or leave bitterly disillusioned. The corporate office reeks of dirty politics. It's not about talent or teamwork it's about survival in a toxic environment where manipulation and favoritism rule. The few who thrive here are not the brightest or the hardest working, but the ones who've learned how to play his game and keep him pleased. Dhiren may sit in the director's chair, but true leadership is not a title it's a reflection of one's actions, integrity, and how they treat others. Unfortunately, his behavior shows none of these. If there's any institution out there that teaches basic decency, humility, and respect, I'd gladly donate to sponsor his admission

Arrogance of Mr. Dhiren Shah (MD 1) Cheap behaviour of Mr. Miral Tolia (MD 2) No systems, no policies defined. MD 1 rules like dictator. Views of employees are never taken in considerations. Always keep asking same details in different formats. Never appreciates any thing. When the appraisal period is near he starts shouting at people for small small things so that he gets the atmosphere made for not giving appraisals. The system of appraisal is subjective, actually at will of MDs.

Management is planning really hard to grow business and supporting in all ways to achieve goals

But all departments are not efficient to achieve success... One persons or one departments failure affects all others and in last everything goes into vaine

I am in Building materials experience so I prefer this one. All the products ranga is very nice.
