Nothing, the most terrible place to work, I have ever seen. Hr unsupportive , manager pathetic doesn’t know how to manage a team, No recognition of your work, very less pay and give loads of work in-short more work at cheap cost. Worst company culture.

Everything management, hr, salary there is nothing to like about this company.

They provide work from home and salary hike provided good and no disturbance between work

Not giving insensitives and after completing one year everyone should be automatically senior but here u have to go through IJP which is not good and very bad as compared to other company IJP is only for SME and Manager and 2nd thing is there process will ramdown due to which everyone have to face issue for searching jobs

We are still doing WFH from march. Not a single employee lost his job and face any deduction in salary. They provide system as well but and reimbursement for data. They also give appraisel during lockdown amount is less than as expected but still in this pandemic we understand.

Overall a heaven which everyone wants specially in a private corporate sector. Just awesome. Perks and benefits and leaves etc you’ll get everything here just by ask and get, hassle free environment.

Dislikes

But don’t expect too much salary you will get a life like govt. sector but not salary like that, so if you are looking for hike or salary growth so you have to look forward.

...tended work hours, and mismanagement of assignment of works, more dependency on individuals who works better but no salary and benefits as per responsibility and position
