1. Lot of politics 2. You need to make numbers infront of management to get noticed. No matter if you are just forwarding emails. 3. You can not servive here if you do not have strong connection with your supervisors even if you have strong knowledge of the process.

Likes

Poor management and company policies are very bad they keep changing in between. No care of employees. Didn't provide any leaves neither Indian or client holiday.

Dislikes

Poor management , excessive pressure of work even if there is no work or task to finish. Also forcing to do login in client holiday by saying client requirement and order by management. Didn't approve personal or any emergency leave even if we have many leaves in our bucket. In between extended the notice period after joining the company by sending just one mail stating management decided to do so. Company policy states provide medical certificate after taking 2 or more consecutive leaves if we take any but still if you took one sick leave then they'll ask for medical certificate.

Due to covid situation i joined this organisation

Dislikes

Work assignment. They can switch you any time for any task and there is nothing fixed like login and log out. As working from home, they expect us login and log out as per their wish.

Only one good Assistant Manager is there working in this organization. Rest Everyone is just a waste. Right from Senior Management level to HR. My Senior Manager, Assistant manager, HR Assistant Manager, all are of no help.

Dislikes

not at all an employee-centric company. until I was in a specific team and working daily without any complaints. The job was perfect. My manager was great. One day I was moved to a different team, a different manager, and everything changed. my life is screwed. HR Manager and Senior Manager are not listening to me nor understanding my situation.
